July 8, 2003,CBAH moved the new office to SHUNQIAO square.

Mar 16, 2006, the Inauguration Ceremony of CBAH’s 3rd Board of Directors and Council Members successfully held, general manager of CHINA CONSTRUCTION (S.E.A)CORPORATION LTD - Mr. Zhang Pei as the new Chairman.
